Sole to Sole 1 x 20
The Sole to Sole helps with heel inversion. Inversion is the movement that brings the bottom of the heel to face inward. The opposite motion is called eversion.
I prefer to do this exercise in a high repetition range, starting at one set of 20 reps and then adding sets to build up from there.
To focus attention on the heel moving, and limit motion coming from the front of the foot, one trick is to extend the four lesser toes up while pressing the big toe down slightly.
