To share everything I’ve learned about fixing flat feet, I’ve created an exclusive area of the site to present that information in a clear and organized format. Join today to get access to the most comprehensive resource on exercises for flat feet available online.
Getting my arches to look the way I wanted ultimately required a comprehensive program of stretching, strengthening, and learning how to walk correctly.
This was not a quick fix, but I’m incredibly happy with the results. And unlike my experience with orthotics and supportive footwear, this was a permanent fix.
From the beginning, I’ve been committed to making this site a quality resource by sharing my experience and the things I’ve learned along the way.
Membership was created to showcase the entire process with detailed program tutorials, workout routines, and videos.
What’s Inside the Members Area
With membership, you’ll have access to my full program of exercises designed to correct flat feet along with instructions on proper form and progressions. You’ll also get demonstrations of how I improved my posture and walking plus tips for developing the movement skills needed for strong and stable arches.
Guides and Tutorials
The guides provide an in-depth look at the fundamental concepts of the program including developing good foot posture, improving arch stability, and learning to walk correctly.
The workout routines organize the exercises in the program into beginner, intermediate and advanced workouts. I also go over how I chose which exercises to work on and the criteria I used for progressing to harder workouts.
There are over 20 exercises in total in the program. The exercise library is a collection of the individual exercises with tips on proper form and variations.
The special topics section has exclusive articles on important topics like reducing anterior pelvic tilt, correcting supinatus, foot mobility drills and more.
What’s Not Included with Membership
I want to be clear that what I’m offering is not advice or a program that promises results. Since there are many causes of flat feet and every individual is unique, there is no one-size-fits-all solution.
The best I can do is show you what worked for me. Hopefully, that information is helpful to you.
I can say that I’m dedicated to making the members area the best possible resource and the feedback I’ve received has been great.
Membership gives you full access to:
- Instructional guides on the program
- Workout routines and progressions
- An exercise library with detailed instructions
- A Q&A section to answer questions about the program
- Articles on special topics related to flat feet
Hi, my name is James Speck. I’ve been a physical therapist for over 15 years and have a special interest in foot and ankle health. I created this site several years ago to document my efforts to strengthen my arches and fix overpronation.
Going through this process gave me a whole new perspective on the importance of maintaining strong and mobile feet. It’s something I’m now quite passionate about and I’m excited to share this resource with you.
When you sign up for membership you are fully protected by a 100% Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you decide membership isn’t for you, just email me within 60 days for a full refund. No questions asked.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will this program help me build arches in my feet?
The content in the membership area shows what I found to be the most effective exercises and techniques for increasing my arch height and controlling pronation. I believe many cases of flexible flat feet (like mine) have the potential to improve using the same exercises and strategies.
But every case is unique and that's why I emphasize that what worked for me may not work for everyone. I can only provide general information and education.
There are other types of flat feet worth mentioning that are quite different from the flexible type that I had. These include:
- rigid flat feet (rare) where the bones of the foot fuse together making the foot flat in all positions--standing, sitting, up on toes etc.,
- conditions that cause spasticity or contracture of the heel cord (e.g. cerebral palsy) or other neurological conditions, and
- flat feet that are related to disease processes or injuries that alter the normal anatomy or functioning of the foot.

Can’t I just find this information for free online?
The membership area is special in that it combines everything that I personally found effective, the knowledge that I've gained from years of studying this topic and my experience as a physical therapist. I don't believe there is another resource like this.
Can I do the exercises in your program if I have an injury or medical condition?
As much as I would like to help, I cannot and will not provide any specific advice or treatment recommendations either through the site or by email. Please consult your physician or healthcare provider for your specific medical concerns and before starting any exercise program.

No. The price shown is a one-time payment. Once you purchase your membership you will have access to the membership area for one year. There are no recurring payments or automatic renewals.
